Do you love where you work?
Or not? We all have stories about awesome places to work (hey there flex days, free lunches and unlimited vacation!) And also stories of the worst jobs we’ve ever had. Sharing stories builds connections. After many years of bad bosses, I decided to leap out on my own and be a consultant and trainer. That’s how I came across Management 3.0 – a collection of exercises and practices that help build employee engagement and empower self organizing teams.
Join the #WorkplaceInnovator Story Card Project
This Story Project is an experiment – using ideas and concepts (and fun graphics) from Management 3.0 and Happy Melly – I’ve made these STORY CARDS to help facilitate more dialogue around making work more fun.
This project is about:
⋅ experimenting with new approaches to how to manage the workplace
⋅ connecting with other workplace innovators to build community
How to participate
⋅ Find me at conference or event – Find out where to meet me!
⋅ Download a story card here and print it out
⋅ Write a few words, ideas or a story on your card
⋅ Snap a photo of you with your story card *If you’re shy – try a photo of your card “in action” or “on location” someplace? Creativity is welcomed! ☺
⋅ SHARE IT ! Send me a tweet @humansideoftech or send me vanessa(at)humansideoftech(.org)
Waiting for more early adoptors! – Liz & Alex were our first, share your story card now! Download yours here.
